I am the legal parent/guardian of the above name child who is a residential pupil boarding at Worksop College, which is an independent school in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. They have my permission to travel between the UK and their home address for the purpose of attending or returning home from school. They will be met at the UK airport and escorted back to Worksop College by a member of staff or vetted representative/guardian.

IMPORTANT
Section 55 of the Borders, Citizenship and Immigrations Act 2009 places a duty on the UK Boarder Security Agency to ensure the safeguard and welfare of children under the age of 16 entering the UK. Consequently, they may ask any child under the age of 16 to provide evidence of; a) where they are travelling to in the UK, b)how they will get to their destination, c) who will be escorting them and d) that they have permission to travel. Failure to provide such evidence may result in your child being denied entry in to the UK.
