CrossFit | 10.45-11.45 

- CrossFit is a sport that has been growing over the past decade and incorporates a variety of4 Scientific Reasons Why Teens Should Work Out - stack workout styles, movements and develops a range of abilities including strength, cardio, flexibility and gymnastic techniques. One session you could be rowing and straight into a handstand, the next you could be swinging on the bar and running straight outside. One thing that is consistent every week is your enjoyment and progression.

Polo | 9-10 (advanced) 10.15-11.15am (beginners)  


Adavnced Polo

Polo takes place at Thoresby Park Polo Club (https://www.thoresbypolo.co.uk/) on Saturday mornings at a cost of £30 per session. 

We ride each Saturday during term time.  

Each session is approximately an hour long (sometimes a little over), this covers all aspects of polo - tactics/ games/ equipment etc. The sessions build so that we play chukkas within the sessions. Helmets can be provided for students who don't have their own. 

You must have prior Polo experience to attend this session - Please contact Mrs. Paish-Plunkett before signing up to this activity. - n.paish-plunkett@wsnl.co.uk
